Refund Policy

 

 

Most of our events and services are offered for free to ensure accessibility for young people. However, in rare cases where payments are made (e.g., for ticketed workshops, merchandise, or premium training):

 

  1. Refund Eligibility

     

    • Refunds are available if an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

    • Refund requests must be made at least 5 working days before the event date.

     

  2. Non-Refundable Items

     

    • Merchandise or items already dispatched cannot be refunded.

    • Donations or volunteer-based contributions are non-refundable.

     

  3. How to Request a Refund

     

    • Email us at oppotuneuk@gmail.com with your full name, contact info, and payment reference.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

     

  4. Exceptions

     

    • Refund decisions are made at OPPORTUNE’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
